Christine Day is a Jamaican 400m specialist celebrated for her success in international competitions. She earned two Olympic silver medals in the 4x400m relay, at the 2012 London and 2016 Rio de Janeiro Games. Day also claimed a gold medal in the 4x400m relay at the 2015 World Athletics Championships in Beijing. Known for her powerful performances in relays, she contributed significantly to Jamaica’s success on the global stage. Day’s ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent results made her a key figure in Jamaica's track and field legacy.
