Rusheen McDonald

Rusheen McDonald is a retired Jamaican sprinter and Olympic silver medalist, part of the Jamaican 4x400m relay team that won silver at the 2016 Rio Olympics. He also earned silver at the 2013 World Championships in the same event. Known for his versatility, McDonald posted impressive personal bests, including 10.44 seconds in the 100m, 20.57 seconds in the 200m, 43.93 seconds in the 400m, and 1:58.3 in the 800m.
