Nikole Mitchell is a retired Jamaican sprinter, best known for her role in Jamaica’s 4x100m relay team that won a bronze medal at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. Mitchell also earned two additional bronze medals as part of the 4x100m relay team, at the 1993 World Championships and the Central American and Caribbean Games in the same year. Her speed and reliability in relay events were key to Jamaica’s success during the 1990s, solidifying her place in the country’s sprinting history. Mitchell's contributions to Jamaica’s relay teams remain an important part of her legacy in international athletics.
