Nathon Allen is a retired Jamaican sprinter and 4x400m Olympic silver medalist, earning his medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics. He also won two silver medals at the 2019 World Championships as part of the 4x400m and 4x400m mixed relay teams. In 2022, Allen secured another World Championships medal in the 4x400m relay. Known for his speed in the 400m, he achieved a personal best of 44.13 seconds in the event. Allen’s contributions to Jamaica’s success in the 4x400m relay have solidified his legacy as a key figure in track and field, with consistent top-tier performances on the world stage.
