Christopher Williams is a retired Jamaican sprinter and Olympic silver medalist, earning his medal as part of the Jamaican 4x400m relay team at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. He also secured two Pan American Games medals and two CAC Championships medals. Additionally, Williams won a silver medal in the 200m at the 2002 Central American and Caribbean Games.
